"Aya Guarantees It" Guarantee – Terms and Conditions

What is the "Aya Takfalaha" guarantee?

Aya's warranty covers any manufacturing defect or damage not caused by misuse for a full year from the date of receiving the order.

The warranty includes:

  • Damage to the stitching.
  • Unnatural fading of color.
  • Any defect in the fabric will appear with normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Abayas that have been washed incorrectly (such as washing with hot water, using bleach, or using harsh manual wringing).
  • Damage resulting from excessive use or improper handling (such as cutting, burning, or manual modifications).
  • Stains caused by makeup, perfume, or cleaning products.
  • Damage resulting from improper transport or storage after receiving the product.

Guarantee mechanism:

  • If you encounter a problem, contact us through customer service with clear pictures of the product.
  • After evaluation and approval, the abaya will be replaced free of charge with a new piece of the same design or its equivalent if the quantity is out of stock.
  • The guarantee does not include a refund.

Important notes:

  • The customer is entitled to use the warranty only once per item during the warranty period.
  • The guarantee is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other party.
