Return Policy

• Customers have the right to return a product within 7 days of receiving it.
• Customized products based on customer requests are non-returnable.
• Hijabs, veils, and tailor-made products are not eligible for return.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or missing parts.
• Aya will cover the return shipping fees only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong size.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date the return is approved and the product is received.

Exchange Policy
