We ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product type and the delivery city.

Order Processing

• Ready to Ship

If the product is available in stock, we begin preparing your order right away.

• Requires Processing

Some products are prepared after the order is confirmed, and may take from X to Y business days to process before shipping.
(The product's processing time is shown on the product page) — this part I'm not fully sure about; you can remove it if it's incorrect, but we do need to clarify how customers can tell if a product requires processing time.

Delivery Time

• Riyadh

Delivery within 3 hours for ready-to-ship products, if the order is placed before 9:00 PM.

• Available every day of the week.
• Except Fridays.
• All Saudi Cities (except Riyadh)

Delivery time: 1–3 business days after the order is shipped.

• Outside Saudi Arabia

Delivery time: X–Y business days, depending on the country and shipping carrier.

How is the total time calculated?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

For example:

• A ready-to-ship product + Riyadh = arrives within 3 hours (if ordered before 9 PM).
• A product requiring 4 days of processing + 2 days of shipping = arrives in approximately 6 days.

Notes

• Delivery time begins counting after order processing is complete.
• If an order contains products with different processing times, the order is shipped once all products are fully prepared.
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• A tracking number will be sent once the order has shipped.
