Exchange

• The customer has the right to exchange the product within 7 days only from the date of receiving the product.
  This service is currently available only within Saudi Arabia and will soon be available in the rest of the Gulf countries.

• Products that have been used cannot be exchanged.

• Changing the size or model is not allowed, and only one exchange is permitted per order.

• Products offered at a discount and labeled as “non-returnable or non-exchangeable” cannot be exchanged.

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any shortage or defect.

• Customized products made according to the customer’s request are non-exchangeable.

• Niqabs, scarves, and non-ready products cannot be exchanged.

• Aya Platform will bear the exchange and shipping fees only if the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or a size mismatch from the ordered one.

Return

• The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days only from the date of receiving the product.

• The refund amount will be processed within 15 days from the date of management approval and product inspection.
