Exchange and Return Policy

Return and Exchange Period

• Customers can submit an exchange or return request within 7 days of receiving their order.
• This service is currently available within Saudi Arabia only.
  
  

Refund Policy

The refund method depends on when the request is submitted. The same policy applies to both returns and exchanges:

• Within the first 7 days of receiving the order: The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days of request approval and product inspection.
  
  

General Conditions

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.
• Discounted products and products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• All niqab products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Conditions

• Customers may exchange a product for a different style, another product, or a different size.
  

Returns

• Used products are not eligible for returns.
• Refunds will be processed according to the refund policy outlined above.
  
  

Shipping and Delivery

• Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping fees of SAR 48, unless the issue is caused by the store, such as receiving the wrong product or a product with a manufacturing defect.
  
  

Additional Terms

• Products excluded from the exchange and return policy will be clearly identified on their respective product pages. By completing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
• Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only. Customers cannot combine both options or submit another request after one has been processed.
